Me describiría a mi mismo como I am a Christian woman of 48 yrs. I read my Bible & do Bible studies. I am interested in health & longevity. I llsten to all of the holistic Drs/Professors about how to live longer & healthier. I know about supplements & their applications I know how to detox the body, & I eat a healthy organic diet. I know how to cook good food.I understand the importance of intermittent fasting & living longer sloughing off old zombie cells in the body. Intermittent fasting increases telemere length, it increases human growth hormones, & it also, increases stem cells, which repairs the body. I have learned this over a long period of time, I listen to this health information everyday. I know what is important in a serious love relationship. I understand the importance of being emotionally & spiritually connected in order for a man & a woman to connect their hearts together into one solid, deep relationship. This kind of connection creates a deep foundation that should enhance the physical love connection . Many relationships have absolutely no foundation created to build anything on. I know how to build a strong foundational relationship with a man, in order to develop many other things in a serious relationship. Are you ready for the love of your lifetime?
